Welcome to my fitness journal. I'm going to try my best to keep up with this. I'm really wanting to get in shape and eat right. I'm not too worried about the calories I take in, I'm just more concerned about the exercising. Hopefully I can keep at this. Wish me luck.

Egads. I haven't wrote in here in a while. Well, it's about time I start because April showed me a really great website that I signed up to yesterday and I have to say it's WONDERFUL It keeps you motivated and you really want to work out all the time because of it. I even got Josh to sign up too. I have to say it's much better than going to the gym.

Yesterday I practiced some of the exercises on there that they show as examples just to see if I was able to do them or not since I'm so out of shape. Today was my first real workout and it was great. I loved it and I feel so good inside. I'm deff going to keep this up.

The site keeps up with your calories, nutrition, fitness. You have to fill everything out though in order for it to keep track. If you're into working out and losing weight, then I promise, you won't regret this site.

My goal is to keep my weight at 115 since that's where my BMI is healthy at for my height. I wanted 110, but my BMI was just two points away from the unhealthy mark so I said screw it, I'll stick with 115. I'm aiming to tone my belly, legs and arms as well watch what I eat.

It's been a really long time since I last posted in here. But this time I'm going to keep up with it.

I started working out again this week. I've actually worked out every day except for yesterday because my legs were killing me. I'm wanting to trim down my thighs. Toning up my legs is a huge deal for me because of nasty cellulite and my spider veins. It's not to a point where it's "OMG" looking, but I can notice it and I want it to be less visable.

Something I need to work hard at is eatting healthier. Lately I've just been eatting junk. Josh and I went for two weeks eatting healthy. It's really hard to stick to it especially when you're in a hurry.

When Josh gets his Sunday's off we're thinking about joining a gym to keep in shape. I'm not sure if this is going to happen or not, but we're at least going to look into it.
